How Does It Work?
We are a women’s intimates company that is best known for our subscription based service that delivers under-things monthly. Your orders are handpicked by our stylists suited to your preferences!
After each delivery, we send out a review email so you can give feedback on things you love or what you want to change for future deliveries. We love your feedback!
We have two subscription options available!
2 Pairs of Underwear per month
- Month to Month: $38/month
- 3 month prepaid: $35/month, $105 total
- 6 month prepaid: $33/month, $198 total
1 Matching Bralette and Bottom per month
- Month to Month: $48/month
- 3 month prepaid: $45/month, $135 total
- 6 month prepaid: $44/month, $264 total
Each monthly delivery includes hand-selected pieces by our stylists (per your subscription), plus members can include add-ons/a la carte items in their orders.
Each delivery is curated by our Stylists according to your preferences and monthly reviews.
If you are looking to customize a large order: We offer customized options for large gift orders of 6 or more (bridal, bachelorette, sorority, and more!) Submit a request and we'd be happy to help you put something special together!

Subscriptions automatically renew on the 11th of each month. Changes or cancelations must be made prior to your renewal date.
Shipments for the current month begin shipping after the 11th of each month. For example, if you place an order on August 2nd, orders begin shipping after the 11th in batches. Our last batch of the month is the last week of that month (ie, August.) If you want to update your profile after the 11th, you still can update it for the next month!
We understand that preferences may change, and we want to accommodate your needs. Changes to your preferences or subscription cancellation before your next renewal date. You can conveniently manage your subscription by logging into your account. If you need assistance, you can reach out to our Customer Service team via email at hello@underclub.com.
We’re here to help! If you make any changes to your account, such as updating your size or coverage preferences, after your renewal date, reach out to us by submitting a request below ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate!

My Account
You can access your account by logging in here. If you cannot find the email address you used to sign up (or if a typo may have gotten in your way), submit a request and we'll help you out!
After every delivery, we send members an email to rate and review the pair(s) received. This is the best way to relay feedback on style, sizing and what you're looking for in future deliveries.
If you need to update your size or coverage options (ex. change from size Medium to Small, or change from "All thongs" to "No thongs"), follow the below steps:
- Login to your account here.
- Find "Manage Subscription(s)" and select "Manage this Subscription" to update your size and coverage preferences.
- Click "Confirm."
The Underclub wishlist allows you to customize your shipment a little further and will alert your stylist that you love a specific style. Once you create an account, you can go to your account page in the top right corner and you will see “WISHLIST” on the left side of the page. Simply heart the styles you love, and your stylist will send you those pairs when/if available!
You can skip 2, 3 or 6 months by logging into your account here. Click "Edit" under "Your Subscriptions" and you'll see those options there.
We would hate to have you cancel your subscription - let us know how we can make it right! Our customer service team is available at hello@underclub.com and would love to help you:
- Locate a missing package
- Update your preferences
- Change your subscription to another plan
- Handle returns on items purchased from the Shop
- Skip a month (or more) of deliveries if you need
- Anything else you can think of
You can cancel your subscription directly from your account page.
If you cancel after your subscription has renewed, that renewal will be your final delivery.
If you canceled after a renewal but before that renewal's shipment date, the shipment that is en route will be your final shipment. As a reminder, subscriptions renew on the 11th of the month and are shipped the first of the following month (ex. If you renewed on January 11th, your shipment for this renewal would be sent Feb 1).
If you signed up for a prepaid plan and you want to change to monthly renewals or cancel after the prepaid period, log into your account and edit your settings to either change subscription plans or cancel. If you are on a monthly renewal plan, you can skip a month or cancel by logging into your account.
Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically on the 11th of the month. If you are on a monthly plan, you will be billed on the 11th of every month. If you are on a prepaid plan, you will be billed on the 11th of the next billing period (at the end of your current prepay period).
To change your billing information, please follow the steps below:
- Login in to your account here
- Go to "Manage Subscription” and click on “Address & Payment details”, then “Manage Payment Method”
- Select "Save"
Changes should be made before your next renewal for updates to apply to your next renewal, otherwise the changes will take effect with your following renewal.
Shipping
Make sure you update address changes in your account so your Underclub has a good home to go to! Address changes made after the 15th of the month will not take effect until the following month's shipment.
To update your shipping address, follow the steps below:
- Log in to your account here. Click “Manage Subscription.”
- Find "Address & Payment Details”
- Once you've updated your new address, click "Save"

*If you are adding multiple addresses, ensure your subscription is shipping to the correct address by reviewing the address listed in "Your Subscription"
At this time, we do not ship internationally. Please reach out to hello@underclub.com with any questions!
All domestic subscriptions over $21 ship free. Shipping charges apply to one-time pack orders and other one-time shop orders.
If you do not receive your order within 10 days after it’s been shipped, please contact us by submitting a request with your order details. Underclub is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but(t) we love to help where we can.
If your order is listed as "Delivered" on the shipping carrier site, we first recommend that the intended receiver speak with the delivery agent or contact their local post office to locate the package. If you are still unable to locate the package, please contact us by submitting a request below with your order details and situation. Underclub is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but(t) we do love to help out.
Returns & Exchanges
Subscription Items:
Per our Best Butts Guarantee policy, we offer active subscribers one replacement for a bralette or pair of bottoms if your subscription item does not meet your preferences. If you have a bralette subscription and only need to replace the top or bottom, you will still be eligible for a replacement of the other item during your active subscription. Please write to our customer service team at hello@underclub.com within 25 days of shipment.
If you would like to return your items after you have used your one-time replacement, we can process your bralette return or unworn underwear return with a $7.50 restocking fee within 60 days. Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept the return of worn underwear. We can only accept returns for underwear that is in its original packaging and unworn. All underwear that has been worn and / or is not in its original packaging are final sale and may not be returned or fully refunded.
Shop Items, Gift Cards and other add-ons:
All shop merchandise can be returned only for store credit, minus a $7.50 restocking fee. In order to be granted a return of shop merchandise, all products must be unworn, unwashed and have the original packaging attached or available to ship the item(s) back in. Our team can be reached at hello@underclub.com for a return label and will issue the virtual gift card for store credit once the item(s) arrive back at our warehouse. All underwear items if they have been worn and do not have the original packaging are final sale and may not be returned.
If an item is marked as final sale at time of purchase, it is not eligible for return. If you have any questions, reach out to our customer service team at hello@underclub.com!
At Underclub, we stand by our Best Butts Guarantee policy. If you don’t love your shipment, we would love the opportunity to get it right! Let us know what you didn’t like and we will replace your item once during your active subscription.
If your subscription piece(s) does not fit or meet your preferences, we will replace it in your next shipment and make sure you are set up to receive surprises that fit you and your style going forward. We encourage you to give or donate your unworn piece to someone who would love Underclub! Write in to our customer service team at hello@underclub.com within 25 days so we can make sure your future shipments are perfect.
Unworn non-underwear items (tried on is okay) are returnable within 25 days for store credit. A $7.50 shipping and restocking fee applies.
